Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a chronic immune disorder that affects 2% of the population. Typical symptoms include a red, scaly, itchy patches of skin rash. It may vary from being localised and mild, to widespread and severe. Treatment options include prescription creams/ointments/lotions, phototherapy, oral medications and injectable medications (‘biologics’).

Psoriasis can affect any part of the body, palms and soles, genitals, scalp, nails or joints.
