General Paediatric & Adult Dermatology

The skin is the human body’s largest organ and there are thousands of conditions that can affect the skin. Dermatologists are medical doctors who have completed extensive training in all aspects of disease involving the skin, hair and nails. It can take 15+ years to become a fully qualified dermatologist in Australia (including undergraduate university degrees, medical school, post-graduate university degrees or research, hospital residency, and specialist training), and the training positions are highly competitive.

At Ascot Dermatology, our dermatologists have extensive experience in managing a wide range of skin disorders, including everything from skin cancers to acne, rashes, birthmarks, skin infections and cosmetic concerns. They welcome both paediatric and adult patients.
