About Dr Melissa Carroll

Dr Melissa Carroll is a specialist dermatologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Dr Melissa Carroll is thrilled to be part of the inaugural team at Ascot Dermatology. Dr Carroll is a general medical dermatologist with interests in all aspects of medical dermatology, especially acne, female dermatology and skin cancer screening and management.

After completing both Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts degrees, Dr Carroll graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Queensland. Dr Carroll has worked in the specialty area of dermatology since 2010. She undertook her clinical and research dermatology training in Queensland. Dr Carroll is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and is actively involved in College activities and patient education.

Dr Carroll’s patients appreciate her thoroughness and her friendly manner, with a personalised approach to each patient’s needs.

When not working, Dr Carroll enjoys playing music, performing nationally and internationally on the trumpet; reading, and spending time with her husband and three children.
